Salzburg defender Oumar Solet is increasingly being linked with a move to Roma in January.
The French centreback is among the candidates to strengthen Roma’s defense this season as the Giallorossi have been forced to cope with Chris Smalling’s prolonged absence.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Solet instructed his entourage to offer his services to the Italian club who have been monitoring him for the past several months.
At the moment, Solet is the favorite to join Roma in January.
However, the Giallorossi have also shown interest in other players including Arthur Theate of Rennes and Monza’s Pablo Mari.
