Genoa are at work for finding their substitute for Krzysztof Piątek and it’s in the form of ex-Roma striker Tonny Sanabria. For the Paraguayan, the Rossoblu are working on a deal with Real Betis on the basis of a loan with an option to buy for €20 million.
