Tonny Sanabria is ready to return to Italy and join Genoa. The Paraguayan has saluted his Real Betis teammates and will arrive in Genova in the coming hours to complete his move. As learned by RomaPress, Roma gave their OK for the transfer early this evening as Sanabria will join Il Grifone on an 18 months loans with an obligation to buy for €20 million, bonuses included.
It should be noted that Sky Sport have reported that it is an option to buy for Sanabria while SportItalia have claimed it’s an obligation to buy, which corresponds with our information. Roma, meanwhile, still maintain their 50% share of any transfer fee earned from the player’s permanent sale.
