Santon draws interest from Turkey

After rumors of a contract termination, Santon is being linked with a move abroad ahead of the January transfer window.

Deemed persona non grata at Trigoria, the Italian full-back has mainly drawn interest from Turkey.

According to calciomercato.com, Karagumruk are interested in the 30-year-old and could make him an offer once Santon and Roma agree to part ways in the coming weeks.

Other teams that have shown interest in the ex-Inter man are Torino and Cagliari.

General Manager Tiago Pinto is reportedly set to meet with Santon’s agent at the start of the new year to discuss contract termination details.
