Reportedly, Fali Ramadani, the agent of the Tuscan, will meet with Chelsea’s hierarchy following the Europa League final. Sarri is likely to depart the London-based club with Frank Lampard the most probable name to replace him. Simone Inzaghi, meanwhile, is the Plan B for the Bianconeri.
