Sasa Lukic has falling out with Torino, Roma at the window

Roma are interested in Torino midfielder Sasa Lukic has has reportedly had a falling out with the Granata days away from the first Serie A matchday.

According to Tuttosport, the Serbian player – who recently inherited the captain’s armband following the exit for Andrea Belotti – has gotten into a fight with Torino’s management.

The player claims Torino president Urbano Cairo failed to maintain certain promises. As a result, Lukic is now pushing for a move.

The Italian newspaper claims that Roma are monitoring the situation with great interest given Lukic’s traits that make him a fitting profile for Mourinho’s team.

Last season, the 26-year-old made a name for himself in the league with 5 goals and 4 assists in 35 Serie A appearances.
