Roma have put Sassuolo winger Armand Lauriente in their sights as the Giallorossi aim to strengthen the team’s attack ahead of next season.

Lauriente has been recently listed among the various names Roma are keen to consider to add more pace and technicality to Daniele De Rossi’s roster.

The Frenchman is said to be a target for Roma.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma made an inquiry for Lauriente after Sassuolo got relegated to Serie B earlier in the month.

The Neroverdi responded with a pricetag of €12 million – a significant drop from the €20-25 million they were asking for less than a year ago, claims the newspaper.

However, for the time being there are no ongoing negotiations. With Daniele De Rossi’s input, Roma director Florent Ghisolfi is considering other wingers in Italy and abroad as well.
