Sassuolo have reportedly maintained their interest in Edoardo Bove alive in the final days of this year’s January transfer window.
The Neroverdi are in desperate need of reinforcements as they fight to avoid relegation. Their manager, Alessio Dionisi, has asked for an additional midfielder.
According to Sky Sport, Edoardo Bove fits Sassuolo’s requirements and could represent a last minute option before the transfer deadline.
Mourinho, however, is unlikely to give his approval as Bove has steadily crept into Roma’s starting eleven over the last few weeks.
