Roma’s transfer market will accelerate in the coming weeks (keep an eye on Savona).

The Giallorossi are currently focused primarily on capital gains to be made by June 30th and the contract renewals of Paulo Dybala, Lorenzo Pellegrini, and Zeki Celik.

Gasperini wants to have a significantly stronger attack than last season, when only Malen managed to reach double figures in goals, despite arriving in the winter transfer window.

The Grugliasco-born coach, however, expects reinforcements on the flanks as well, and his eyes are also on Savona.

Roma are looking to strengthen the flanks, the area of the pitch where Gasperini deploys his attacking play.

As reported by Il Messaggero, the Giallorossi are eyeing Nicolò Savona, currently playing for Nottingham Forest. The 2003-born player will have to overcome competition from Atalanta.

The former Juventus player, recovering from a knee injury, has expressed interest in a return to Italy and may leave the Premier League. Savona finished the season with 20 appearances, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
