Schick linked with potential loan move away

Patrick Schick still does not seem settled in Rome. The attacker is unlikely to be a first choice player while the Giallorossi are forced to pay Sampdoria an additional €20 million this February or 50% of any hypothetical transfer. For this reason, the Giallorossi directors have tried to convince the Czech attacker to move away from Trigoria on loan. After initial hesitations, Schick appears to be more open to a move away and is garnering interest from Wolfsburg, Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen. Petrachi hopes Schick can raise his value and would prefer to send Schick only on loan.

Should the ex-Sampdoria man depart, the Giallorossi will look to bring in a replacement. Some of the names Roma admire include Junior Moraes of Shakhtar, Sevilla’s Ben Yedder, and Sam Lammers of PSV according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
