RomaPress – Roma were in court once again today for a second hearing after former Sporting Director, Gianluca Petrachi, filed a lawsuit against the club last month.
Petrachi, who was dismissed by Roma in June for what the club labeled “just cause due to severe mismanagement”, is seeking €5 million in damages from the Giallorossi.
Today’s hearing began at 15.00 at Rome’s Court of Labor and was presided over by Judge Paolo Mormile. The hearing lasted for just one hour with the parties conceding that they haven’t been able to reach an out-of-court agreement, which was the judge’s recommendation during the first hearing.
Because no agreement has been reached, the court stated that there would be a third hearing at a date to be determined.
