Roma are already working towards the summer transfer window and as a result, several names have been linked with the capital club in recent weeks.
One of the most persistent names remains Sergiño Dest’s. The Barcelona full-back’s future in Spain remains uncertain for the moment and the player could evaluate offers from abroad in June.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the 21-year-old is open to the idea of playing for Jose Mourinho and could consider an eventual proposal from the Giallorossi.
Given Ainsley Maitlan-Niles’ imminent departure – as the club do not intend to sign the Englishman on a permanent basis – Roma are looking to secure a long-term solution for the full-back position.
Dest for the time being is one of the main candidates for the job along with Manchester United’s Diogo Dalot.
