Sergio Oliveira bagged his second consecutive goal for the Giallorossi in Roma’s 4-2 win over Empoli.

The Portuguese midfielder was interviewed by the club’s official channels following the final whistle.

“The goal only counts because we got the three points, which is the most important thing, so I’m happy to be part of the history of this great club.”

“I am very happy here and the whole team should be happy because we played a great game and we got three key points.”

“Changing clubs in January is never easy, but I prepared as best I could. I know there are great demands in this club. I hope to stay on the right track. The goal doesn’t mean much to me. It just means… I’m just glad we won three games, because that’s what makes me happy.”

“I’m not interested in scoring goals and serving assists, as long as Roma win. The most important thing is to work hard with each other and do the work we need to do.”

“As I said in my first interview, this is the kind of pressure we have to put on ourselves. We must want to improve every day. The most important thing was the three points. We scored four goals in the first half and got an excellent result. Now there are things to improve, as always.”
