Serie B side Pordenone pursuing Roma’s Riccardi

Roma youngster Alessio Riccardi is likely to depart the club this season in the search of more consistent playing time.

SportItalia journalist Alfredo Pedullà has reported that one of the clubs pursuing the 19 year-old is Serie B side, Pordenone.

The Friulian side narrowly missed out on promotion to Serie A as they were defeated by fellow Serie B outfit Frosinone, who also missed out on promotion to Italy’s top flight after their loss to Spezia.

Pordenone manager Attilio Tesser wants to continue with his youth policy for the upcoming season and is eyeing the Giallorossi’s midfielder, who has made just one appearance with the Capital club.
