Sevilla, Monchi: “Roma threw me out”.

Former Roma and current Sevilla sporting director Ramon Monchi gave an extensive interview to El Confidencial and mentioned his exit from the Giallorossi last March when discussing his transfer method.

“When I returned (to Sevilla) from Roma, or rather, when they threw me out, which is another ordeal, I began to hear that the season had become complicated due to injuries,” the Spaniard said.

“So I did an analysis: not being able to use your players for 15% of the season not only has a sporting cost but also an economic one: around €20 million”.
