Sevilla president Jose Castro expressed his confidence in his team’s ability ahead of the Europa League final.
“I’m not superstitious. I think we deserve this trophy for everything we’ve been through over the past few months. We have to win it, it’s necessary,” Castro said in an interview with AS.
“I’m not afraid of anything, I’ve seen everything in football. I think we will win, I am convinced of that just like the whole team is. We respect Roma, but we will win.”
“Mourinho is a master and a big plus for Roma for the final. But we have enthusiasm, a good team and a good coach like Mendilibar who always gets the most out of the players.”
