Roma are hoping to secure permanent deals for outgoing transfers in the upcoming January window.
The capital club must first sort out several challenging situations within the next few weeks in order to be able to bring in additional reinforcements.
As reported in today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, the three names linked with an exit at the moment are Eldor Shomurodov, Rick Karsdorp and Justin Kluivert.
Kluivert – currently on loan at Valencia – is looking to extend his stay in Spain, with Gennaro Gattuso pushing for his side to acquire the Dutch winger. Roma’s asking price is around €12-15 million.
In the meantime, Shomurodov is once again heavily linked with smaller Serie A clubs including Cremonese and Torino. The player’s failed exit from the capital in the summer will only serve to further motivate his departure in the next transfer window.
Karsdorp, on the other hand, is intent on leaving Italy. However, it remains to be seen whether Roma are able to find convincing offers for the Dutchman after his recent falling out with Jose Mourinho.
