The latest report by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport reports that Roma may have found their new sporting director.
According to Di Marzio, Roma’s new sporting director could come from France, and more precisely from Nice.
In fact, Di Marzio claims OGC Nice sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is Roma’s leading candidate for the vacancy.
The young French executive has reportedly held talks with Roma’s American owners and is now the favorite to succeed Tiago Pinto who left the club in February.
Furthermore, Di Marzio reports that Roma had also inquired about Tony D’Amico, current sporting director of Atalanta, but the Bergamo club does not want to let its executive leave.
