Roma will have to face Atalanta without Chris Smalling and Gini Wijnaldum.
The two veterans were both forced to leave the pitch with Feyenoord due to muscular issues which prevented them from seeing the match through.
Wijnaldum’s injury appears to be worse and could sideline him for a longer period of time, whereas Smalling is hoping to come back at the end of next week.
According to Il Messaggero, both players will undergo tests in the coming hours to evaluate their respective timelines of recovery.
