Roma’s latest signing Ola Solbakken cannot wait to get started with Jose Mourinho and his men after completing a deal as a free agent earlier last week.
The Norwegian attacker is theoretically forced to wait until 31 December to join Roma as a free agent given that is the date his contract with Bodo/Glimt is set to expire.
The player, however, intends to ask his parent club to let him leave earlier, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport. Solbakken and his entourage, as well as Roma GM Tiago Pinto, are trying to convince Bodo to fulfill the player’s request shortly, allowing him to join Roma in their upcoming training camp in Portugal.
