Roma’s most valuable player to be sacrificed in the summer transfer window appears to be Matias Soulé.
The Argentine playmaker, who arrived two seasons ago from Juventus, has found (and likely will find) less and less space in the Giallorossi’s starting eleven and is looking for a club that will guarantee him more playing time.
According to Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, there is no release clause between €25 and €30 million in his Roma contract. It’s true, however, that many foreign clubs are inquiring about his agent’s potential transfer.
Among them is Borussia Dortmund, who have already made their presence felt in recent days.
Roma, for now, have shown willingness to sell him, but without devaluing the player, who is valued at around €40 million.
In addition to the German club, several Premier League clubs remain interested, a destination highly regarded by the left-footed player from Mar del Plata.
