Roma are looking at Leicester City’s Boubakary Soumaré as their preferred midfield reinforcement.
The player represents the type of midfielder who for characteristics would serve Daniele De Rossi, with Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi who would like to try to close the deal soon.
Coming off a positive loan at Sevilla, Soumaré is now projected to leave Leicester City on a permanent deal.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Frenchman wants only Roma and is ignoring interest from Monaco and Lyon.
Roma are in talks with Leicester. At the moment there is still distance as the Foxes want around €15 million for the 24-year-old and are willing to consider another loan proposal.
