Spalletti phones Florenzi

Both Alessandro Austini of Il Tempo and La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Inter are interested in Roma’s Alessandro FLorenzi.

Florenzi, whose contract expires in June 2019, has still not reached an agreement for his renewal with Roma as he continues to ask for wages around €4 million (net) per season. Reportedly, a few days ago, former Roma and current Inter manager Luciano Spalletti telephoned Florenzi and proposed the idea of joining him at the Nerazzurri if he did not find an agreement with Roma. Florenzi seemed flattered by the proposal from his former manager, but due to his close ties to Roma and the shirt, his departure still seems complicated.
