Roma manager Luciano Spalletti spoke today ahead of the Giallorossi’s match against Udinese, here are his words:

“The match against Porto a burden with regards to Udinese? don’t think it is a burden, we came out pretty well from that match. The team has shown that it is ready, we’re pushing towards the positive and security of our strength.”
We’re missing something in the midfield? We have Strootman instead of Pjanic: Strootman is stronger than Pjanic. We also have Paredes instead of Pjanic: Paredes is stronger than Pjanic. We have stronger guys, so we’re good. There is also Gerson who has good qualities and characteristics, but he learn out football. With the arrival of Peres, there is a chance to see Florenzi more forward, in the midfield too. For the moment we are okay.”
