Roma are being linked with up and coming Polish defender Jakub Kiwior of Spezia as the capital club continue their search for an additional reinforcement for Jose Mourinho’s backline.
Kiwior – a physically imposing left-footed centre-back – has been proposed to the Giallorossi in the final stages of this year’s transfer window, reports Corriere della Sera.
The 23-year-old is reportedly a profile that Mourinho appreciates and considers a good fit for Roma.
Spezia reportedly value Kiwior around €10 million. The player currently earns €800,000. A potential deal for Kiwior could include the loans of either Cristian Volpato or Filippo Tripi.
