Roma defender Leonardo Spinazzola praised his teammates for the response they gave in this evening’s Europa League match against BSC Young Boys as the capital club won by a score of 3–1.

The Giallorossi were able to get back to winning ways after suffering a heavy defeat this past Sunday to Napoli at the San Paolo.

“What happened against Napoli is an isolated episode,” said the former Atalanta man to Sky Sport.

“We could’ve scored 2 or 3 goals in the first half alone but then they ended up scoring. However, we did well to come back — it’s just further confirmation of this team. It’s a great group and whoever plays does well.”

“Our formation and way of playing is defined and we all get on well with each other.”

”Calafiori? I’m happy for him, he tried to score in the first half then ended up scoring a wonder-goal. I’m also very happy for Mayoral, he’s started to settle better into the team. He does a great job at holding the ball and allowing us all to get forward. He helps us a lot.”
