Roma are expected to apply light rotations to the team’s starting line-up ahead of the Europa League clash with Milan.
The Giallorossi spent a lot of energy in their most recent win in the Derby della Capitale and, as a result, Daniele De Rossi is making considerations with regards to the team’s formation for Thursday night.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the most significant changes to the line-up will take place in the defense: Leonardo Spinazzola is expected to make himself available and replace Angelino on the left flank.
In the meantime, Chris Smalling is predicted to start in place of Evan Ndicka who is set to serve his suspension.
Smalling will be paired with Gianluca Mancini, with Diego Llorente ready to come off the bench if necessary.
Smalling’s inclusion in the line-up will propel Roma to switch to a 3-4-2-1 formation, reports the newspaper.
