Leonardo Spinazzola’s recovery from a ruptured Achilles tendon has prompted Roma to give the wing-back as much time as necessary for the process to reach its completion.
The Giallorossi have stressed patience throughout the last months as the Italian international wanted at all costs to return for the final few weeks of this year’s campaign.
According to La Repubblica, Spinazzola is scheduled to fly in the coming days to Turku in Finland where is to meet with his surgeon for a last consultation.
This meeting will hopefully give the definite green light and allow Spinazzola to return, after eights months, to group training.
