With the departure of Miralem Pjanic, SportMediaset has reported today that Roma are interested in Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovačić.
The names that have been bounced around for Roma have been Axel Witsel and Georgino Wijnaldum, however, the Giallorossi have their eyes on Kovacic, who played sparingly with the Champions League winners this season.
