Tottenham Hotspurs are being linked with Roma defender Roger Ibanez.
Over recent months, Ibanez continued to improve his performances on the European stage, earning his first national team call-up and eventually being projected to leave the Italian capital in the summer.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ibanez is the player Roma are willing to sacrifice in order to generate €30 million by 30 June – the terms imposed by FFP.
As a result, the Italian newspaper claims Tottenham have repeatedly expressed their interest in the Brazilian centre-back and could formulate the decisive offer in the coming days.
