Stephan El Shaarawy will not be taking part in the upcoming Serie A showdown with Inter.
The Roma attacker is still out on the sidelines after suffering a calf sprain a few weeks ago.
As reported by Corriere della Sera, El Shaarawy has been ruled out by Roma’s medical staff.
His recovery will continue beyond this weekend as Roma are set to face Inter on Sunday at Stadio Olimpico.
