Roma and Bologna are engaged in talks for the transfer of Uzbek striker Eldor Shomurodov who has been linked with an exit from the club ever since José Mourinho excluded him from Roma’s recent trip to Israel.
According to La Repubblica, there is still work to be done for the transfer to go through.
Bologna have agreed to include an obligation in the player’s loan, however they do not intend to fulfil Roma’s fee.
The Giallorossi are reportedly asking for €15 million, a sum which is deemed too high by Bologna.
The two clubs will continue to negotiate over the coming days.
