Strootman likely to remain at Roma

Despite reports of a contract agreement in place with Juventus, Kevin Strootman seems destined to remain at Roma.

As reported by Sky Sport, Roma have no interest in losing the player and are aiming to keep the Dutchman in their roster. Furthermore, the player’s will is to remain in the capital, with the Giallorossi no longer needing to sell after Rudiger, Salah and Paredes have been sacrificed. In addition, the buyout clause in the Dutchman’s contract is no longer in force in August.
