Talks are ongoing regarding the capital club’s long-awaited stadium project and more developments are expected to follow soon. Roma are in fact planning to present the outline of the project to the city administration in the coming weeks.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma’s technical experts will discuss the project located in Pietralata – the club’s preferred location – but are also keeping other options available.
The Friedkins have ordered their team to assemble a list of valid alternatives in order to not further stall the project.
To further advance the club’s plans, Roma could propose – through their lawyers – to label the stadium “in the public’s interest.”
