Tammy Abraham arrives in Rome

RomaPress – Tammy Abraham landed at Ciampino Airport in Rome early this afternoon to undergo his medicals for Roma.

The Giallorossi welcomed their new club record signing today after finalising a deal with Chelsea yesterday evening. Abraham accepted a transfer to the Italian capital following a couple days of reflection on the move.

The Englishman will cost a total €40 million plus an additional €5 million in potential bonuses. Following his medical at Villa Stuart, the 24 year-old will go to the team’s training centre and sign his five-year earning a net salary of €4 million (including bonuses) annually.

Abraham replaces veteran striker Edin Dzeko, whose move to Inter was made official yesterday. The Bosnian departed the club after six seasons, scoring 119 goals.
