Tammy Abraham at risk of missing two games with eye injury

Andy Mattioli

Roma attacker Tammy Abraham is at risk of missing at least 10 days with an eye injury.

The English striker went down with an injured eyelid in last night’s win over Hellas Verona at the Stadio Olimpico. Abraham was forced to have six stitches applied immediately following his exit in the opening fifteen minutes.

According to today’s edition of Il Messaggero, the injury is serious enough to have Abraham miss the next two games including a crucial return leg with RB Salzburg in Europa League on Thursday and a weekend fixture with Cremonese.
