Roma’s new number 9 is on his way to join the England national team under Gareth Southgate.
According to The Athletic, the England manager was impressed with Abraham’s recent performances with the Roma colors.
So much so that he decided to add him to the call-up list for England’s World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Hungary.
It is the first time Abraham has been picked by Southgate since November 2020.
