Roma forward Tammy Abraham had a special message for the fans in Australia who will get to greet the team at the end of May when Roma are set to face AC Milan in a friendly overseas.
In a recent video message posted by the capital club, Abraham – who has been out for the past 9 months due to a knee injury – announced his availability for the final stretch of the season.
“Hello, Australian friends,” said the English striker. “I’m almost ready to get back on the pitch. A great season finale awaits me. And I’ll be ready for the game in Perth, so don’t miss it. I look forward to seeing you all on May 31st at the Optus Stadium.”
Abraham was recently on the bench for Roma’s latest win over Sassuolo. Daniele De Rossi wanted to give him a morale boost and make him feel part of the team after an extensive absence from the training pitch.
