Tammy Abraham’s protective face mask has revealed itself to be a nuisance for the English attacker who is still nursing an eye injury.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Abraham is therefore unlikely to feature from the start in Tuesday’s Serie A affair with Cremonese.
In his place, Andrea Belotti will lead the attack for a second consecutive time after scoring in Roma’s last outing with Salzburg in the Europa League.
The Italian newspaper also claims that Roma are working on a new, less invasive face mask for Abraham.
