General Manager Tiago Pinto is planning Roma’s transfer market in the upcoming summer window, with recent rumors linking the Giallorossi with a couple of Argentinian players.
In fact, calciomercato.com reports that Roma are considering a double swoop of Feyenoord defender Marcos Senesi and PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes. Both players are managed by the same agency and are open to a move abroad.
Pinto was reportedly in contact with their agents before the start of the international break to test the waters and assess the feasibility of an eventual negotiation.
The estimated cost for a deal involving the two Argentine internationals corresponds to €30 million.
The main obstacle remains Paredes’ considerable salary of €7 million which could be lowered due to growth decree.
