Roma General Manager Tiago Pinto is on a business trip in Milan ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Portuguese director was seen meeting with Sassuolo executive Giovanni Carnevali for lunch.
According to Sky Sport, in the meeting the two discussed Sassuolo’s demands for Davide Frattesi – one of Roma’s long-time targets and a player that continues being linked with several top clubs in Italy.
In fact, competition for Frattesi is fierce. On Tuesday, Carnevali met for the player with Juventus and Inter representatives.
