General Manager Tiago Pinto gave a brief interview to DAZN before tonight’s kick-off for Roma-Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico.
On Pellegrini’s renewal:
“I do not want to talk about the renewal, I have said everything and we must not talk about it anymore. We will talk about it when it happens.”
“He is a very good player but he is 25 years old. It is normal for it to improve every year. It is no secret that the feeling between him and Mourinho is great. We are all happy for him for how he is playing.”
On the club’s objectives for the season ahead:
“I understand that for journalists these matters are important but if we live every day thinking of May we are doing it wrong. We think about each game at a time.”
“Mourinho arrived a few months ago and there is a project. Every game we have to improve and if we do so every goal will become achievable.”
