Amadou Diawara’s future at the club remains uncertain with a handful offers on the table and the player ready to meet with General Manager Tiago Pinto later today, reports Il Tempo.
According to the Italian newspaper, Diawara will make his return to the capital today following a disappointing display at AFCON with his national team.
The 24-year-old midfielder and his entourage are expected to meet with Tiago Pinto at Trigoria to discuss his role at Roma given Mourinho’s reluctant use of him so far in this campaign.
The Portuguese director also wants to present Diawara with several offers the club has received from Italy and abroad. Ideally, Pinto would want Diawara to go out on loan in order to gain consistent playing time elsewhere.
