Tiago Pinto has spent the past three days in London working to close the deal for Tammy Abraham, but also trying to off-load several players that Roma wish to move on from.
According to Il Tempo, the Portuguese director is currently working on the sales of midfielder Amadou Diawara and shot-stopper Robin Olsen.
The former has been approached for a second time by Wolverhampton. The English side are ready to make a bid of around €15 million for the 24-year-old. At first, the player seemed reluctant to leave the Italian capital, but he is now prone to accept the destination.
With Diawara’s departure, Pinto could bring in another midfielder whose abilities fit more closely Mourinho’s demands.
For Robin Olsen, on the other hand, Sheffield United have come forward as potential suitors. The Swede was close to joining French side Lille but talks collapsed.
Now, he’s willing to return to England. Sheffield are looking for a potential replacement for Aaron Ramsdale who is in talks with Arsenal. They have identified Robin Olsen as the man for the job.
