Jordan Veretout’s future is now rumored to unfold away from the Italian capital after three seasons with the Giallorossi.
The player is frustrated with the situation surrounding his contract with the capital club (set to expire in 2024) and his entourage are looking for other options in the summer window.
According to Tuttosport, Torino have come forward as potential suitors given that they will want to make a considerable investment in the midfield once Tommaso Pobega makes his return to Milan after year-long loan spell.
However, Veretout’s wages remain an obstacle for Ivan Juric’s side: the Frenchman is one of Roma’s highest earners, making around €3 million in salary.
The ex-Fiorentina man has also been drawing interest from other Italian clubs including Napoli and Milan.
