Eldor Shomurodov is pushing to leave the Italian capital after difficult year and a half since joining Roma from Genoa in the summer of 2021.
The Uzbeki striker is reportedly in contact with Torino, claims Tuttosport. The Granata want to sign the ex-Genoa man on loan until the end of the season.
Roma are not expected to get in Torino’s way. However, the capital club want to guarantee the 26-year-old’s transfer in the long run.
The Giallorossi will try to include certain conditions in an eventual deal that might help make Shomurodov’s transfer permanent.
Despite other offers from Italy, Torino remain Shomurodov’s priority in January.
