Torino have reignited their interest in Roma striker Eldor Shomurodov who has been pushing for an exit from the capital in search of more playing time.
After falling in Mourinho’s pecking order behind the likes of Tammy Abraham and Andrea Belotti, Shomurodov has communicated his intent on moving on from the Giallorossi.
The latest edition of Tuttosport claims that Torino have identified the ex-Genoa man as the ideal replacement for Antonio Sanabria. Sanabria is rumored to be closing in on a move to Verona.
The two clubs are reportedly negotiating the correct formula for Shomurodov: Roma want to make the deal permanent while Torino would prefer to initially sign him on loan until the end of the season, including an option to buy.
