Tottenham joins race for Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka

The future of Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka remains uncertain as the player is unlikely to renew his contract with the German side who recently lifted the Europa League trophy.

According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Roma and Juve are the primary candidates interested in the 23-year-old centreback. However, Ndicka has also caught the attention of several Premier League clubs.

Among others, Tottenham have stepped forward with Spurs director Fabio Paratici inquiring about the player’s availability in the summer of 2023 on Antonio Conte’s request.

Earlier reports suggested that Roma and Juventus may try to accelerate talks with the Ndicka’s entourage as soon as in January.
