Roma must generate over €50 million in capital gains by June 30 to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.

Among the players at risk is Niccolò Pisilli, a 2004-born midfielder who is attracting interest from several clubs.

The Giallorossi, while eager to retain the young talent, may be forced to sell him for financial reasons.

In the second half of the season, Pisilli became increasingly prominent in the Roman club’s midfield and has made a total of 25 Serie A appearances.

According to a report by British website Sportsboom.co.uk, Tottenham and Newcastle are closely monitoring Pisilli, including him among their top targets for the summer transfer window.

The two English clubs are not deterred by Roma’s asking price of around €35 million and could soon make an official offer.

Spurs, led by Roberto De Zerbi, are particularly focused on strengthening their midfield and see Pisilli as a potential replacement for Conor Gallagher, currently with the London club.

Among Italian clubs, Juventus is also showing interest, and they are poised to make several changes in this upcoming summer transfer window.
