Totti: “There is total peace with Spalletti.”

Francesco Totti took to his newly opened Twitter account to defend his wife after her comments regarding Luciano Spalletti:

Francesco Totti, Roma captain, spoke about at today’s event raised by the wife’s statements. The Giallorossi player has published a post on Twitter that finally clarifies the situation. These are his words:

“Ilary’s words make me realize even more now how a woman who loves you absorbs the difficulties of her husband and internalizes them. I also realize how much she suffered from my discomfort last season. But today, I want to emphasize that with President Pallotta and Mister Spalletti there is total peace: I have great esteem for the Mister and an honest and loyal relationship with the president. We are all aligned towards the same goal: the good of Roma: as I have pointed out repeatedly. Tomorrow, while celebrating my 40th birthday, I am happy to do so with my teammates, the Mister, my club, my family, and the many fans who can follow me on Facebook at 20.00 so I can respond to the many questions that have arrived.”
